Verizon Health Assessment

This is a reminder that Verizon members need to retake the Health assessment to earn the $100 premium reduction for 2021. We have continued to request Verizon to postpone it for 2021 but they have not agreed. They have agreed to extend the time period to the end of February 2021. Verizon will be sending out reminders and have updated the About You page with the extension until the end of February. Currently CWA Local 1120 has 147 Verizon members that have NOT taken the assessment. To access the Health Assessment go to www.verizon.com/aboutyou login and then go to benefits connection.
